Zoom Extension for Google Calendar

Extension Setup

In Google Calendar, click on the Zoom icon on the right toolbar.

  • If you don’t see the right toolbar, look for the small > arrow icon at the bottom which can show/hide the toolbar.

Choose Sign In

Choose SSO from the sign in options.

Do not enter your email and password on this screen.

Enter UNLV as the company domain and click Continue.

Login with your ACE ID

Authenticate with Okta (if prompted)

Close the ‘Success’ confirmation screen and return to Google Calendar.

Using the Extension

Create a Google Calendar event

Click Add video conferencing and choose Zoom Meeting.

The meeting link will appear in your event

The right toolbar allows you to make adjustments to meeting settings
