Zoom Extension for Google Calendar
Extension Setup
1 | In Google Calendar, click on the Zoom icon on the right toolbar.

2 | Choose Sign In | |
3 | Choose SSO from the sign in options. Do not enter your email and password on this screen. | |
4 | Enter UNLV as the company domain and click Continue. |

5 | Login with your ACE ID | |
6 | Authenticate with Okta (if prompted) | |
7 | Close the ‘Success’ confirmation screen and return to Google Calendar. |
Using the Extension
1 | Create a Google Calendar event |

2 | Click Add video conferencing and choose Zoom Meeting. |

3 | The meeting link will appear in your event | |
4 | The right toolbar allows you to make adjustments to meeting settings |
