Troubleshooting - Zoom for Telehealth
When you sign into Zoom via the Zoom for Telehealth desktop shortcut, it doesn’t automatically sign you into the Zoom desktop application.

If you are not signed into the desktop application, you are still the host and can admit your patients, but you are limited to a 40 minute session.
Please sign in correctly in order to avoid these restrictions.
Correct Sign In Process | ||

| 1 | Press the Sign In button in the Zoom desktop window. | |
| 2 | The desktop app will show a new sign-in window. Select SSO.
SSO stands for Single Sign-On.

| 3 | Enter unlvtelehealth for the company domain. | |
| 4 | You will be redirected to login again using your ACE credentials. | |
| 5 | Now the Zoom desktop application should no longer show the sign in button. | |
