Generating Attendance Reports - Zoom

In this guide, you will learn how to:

  • Generate a report of all attendees of your Zoom meeting.

Log into your licensed Zoom account with your UNLV/Google Credentials via https://zoom.us

Click My Account in the top right corner.

Choose Reports from the left sidebar.

To generate an attendance report, click Usage.

The list of meetings you have hosted will appear. You can filter by date by using the search function at the top of the page.

To view the attendees for a meeting, click the number in the Participants column.

To export the attendee data only, click Export.

7a. To export the attendee data along with the rest of the meeting data, check the Export with meeting data box before clicking Export.

The requested data will export into a CSV file to be viewed in Excel.
