Google Meet

Google Meet is available with your UNLVMail or RebelMail Google account credentials.

  • Easily integrates with Google Calendar.

  • Ideal for quick meetings within the organization, though external participants are also able to join.

  • Record your meetings to automatically save in your Google Drive.

  • Have quick and effective discussions with your colleagues.

Zoom Meeting

Zoom meetings provide breakout rooms, polling, and chat features for groups. Settings can be configured depending on how interactive you want your meeting to be.

Zoom Personal Room

The Personal Room works similarly to a regular meeting, but is unique in a few ways.

  • The link never changes, and meetings using the personal room do not need to be scheduled in advance.

  • This is ideal for meetings like office hours, where students know that you will be in your personal room during a specific time frame and they can join freely.

  • You can lock your personal room mid-meeting which enables a waiting room feature, allowing you to bring people in individually.

  • Zoom Personal Rooms are used for patient appointments for telehealth within UNLV Health.
