Activate your ACE ID

→ Your ACE ID grants you access to a variety of campus-hosted applications.
You will receive an email from no-reply@okta.com regarding your new ACE ID. This will be sent to the email address you provided during the hiring/application process.
If you did not receive this email, please contact the SOM Help Desk as soon as possible.
| 1 | Click the Activate link and follow the on-screen prompts to set up your account. |  |
| 2 | You will be required to set a secure password and choose or create a security question. |  |
| 3 | Click Create my account. | |
| 4 | You will be prompted to setup multifactor authentication (MFA). This is a critical security requirement for all UNLV faculty and students. OIT requires either the Okta Verify app or Google Authenticator app for MFA. As of 08/13/2024, due to security concerns, there is no longer a SMS text message verification option. If you are unable to use Okta Verify or Google Authenticator, please contact the SOM Help Desk as soon as possible for assistance. | |
You will now be able to log into your Google account and access your UNLVMail and other UNLV hosted services and applications.
