Logging a PET (PC) - MedHub

Students: Learn how to log a Procedure in MedHub using a computer.

Instructions

1	Go to https://unlvsom.medhub.com/ and click on the Single Sign-On image to log in with your ACE account.
2	In the upper right, click the Procedures tab.
3	Click New Procedure/Case Log.
4	Click + Log New Procedure.
5	Fill out the form with the following information. a. Choose ONLY Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship for Clerkship/Course. b. Procedure Date and Location (More locations are being added). c. Choose your supervisor. d. Enter the Additional Information about the patient that you saw. e. Standard Procedure list - Click + next to the procedure. It populates above when clicked. - Change Role. f. Diagnosis list - Click + next to the procedure. It populates above when clicked. - Change Role. g. Add any complications or notes.
6	Click Log Procedure. If you have another procedure to log, check the box first.
