Key Card Access/Replacements - SOM Students

If SOM medical students need to request a replacement key card or request adjustments to existing access, they must contact Ann Diggins in Student Affairs.

Ann will coordinate with Facilities by creating a request on the student’s behalf.

Student Affairs must confirm the student’s status in order for Facilities to proceed with the request.
