Viewpoint - Fax

Note: If a fax cannot be sent, add a +1 before a Fax number as long distance numbers require the +1 before the area code prefix.

To Address Faxes sent to Incorrect Fax phone numbers:

1. On Viewpoint, Go to “Failed Faxes” List and update column to identify failed Fax
   
   

   Open

   

2. On Failed Fax Window, Select the Particular Failed Fax Job
   
   

   Open

   

3. On the Menu Bar, Select the "Send Fax" Button
   
   

4. A new "Select Fax Number" window will appear, and the "..." button can be selected to bring up the contacts list which has the updated contact information:
   
   

5. Select okay and the Report will be sent to the chosen Fax number.
