Viewpoint Application Upgrade Procedure

Viewpoint will automatically upgrade once the application is opened

Procedure:

1. Open Viewpoint 

2. Application will be upgraded to from version 6.8 to 6.12.3

   1. Files will be synced for a few minutes
      
      

      Open

      

3. If file delete error messages occur during sync, select Yes and computer will automatically reboot 

4. Once rebooted, Viewpoint can be opened and should run normally 

If “Archive and Dicom services are not running” Error Message is shown

Please escalate to IT
