Label Printer Model: Zebra ZD421-HC

HC stands for Healthcare version, which is made from disinfectant-ready plastics, UV-resistant housing, and a sealed-button interface for easy cleaning and sanitation.

Correct Label Size: 1-1/8” x 3-1/2”

This is the only label size that will work properly with the ZD421-HC label printers.

Do not order or attempt to install any labels of a different size.

This could result in damage to the label printer and the inability to print labels.

 

Select the correct label printer in Epic

  1. When selecting a printer, search for your label printer’s number.

  2. Use the version on unlvmed-print
