Accessing Your Evaluations (PC) - MedHub

1. Log into MedHub as usual.

2. Click Evaluations on the top toolbar.

3. Select Performance Evaluations to show the list of all of your evaluations. Click the link of the
evaluation you’d like to view to open the evaluation summary.
