Group Accounts - Account Owner

Department accounts allow multiple employees to securely access the same account without compromising password integrity.


All employees with access to the group email account will receive notifications when any employee with delegated access attempts to log in.

PLEASE IGNORE THE NOTIFICATIONS IF YOU ARE NOT THE ONE ACTIVELY LOGGING IN

DO NOT SELECT “NO, IT’S NOT ME” - JUST IGNORE/CLEAR THE NOTIFICATION

Set up Okta as the account owner

As the owner of the account, log into ACE

Click the name in the top right > Settings

Security Methods > Okta Verify > Set up

You may be required to verify your password

Choose Okta Verify > Set Up

Advance through until you see a QR code.

  1. Open Okta Verify on your phone

  2. Choose Add Account

  3. Choose Scan QR Code

  4. Scan the QR code with your device

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to continue setup


Set up Okta for delegated users

As the owner of the account, log into ACE

Click the name in the top right > Settings

Security Methods > Okta Verify > Set up another

You may be required to verify your password again

Choose Okta Verify > Set Up

Additional Employee

  1. Open Okta Verify on your phone

  2. Choose Add Account

  3. Choose Scan QR Code

  4. Scan the QR code with your device

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to continue setup

Repeat steps 1-6 to add another employee.
