| 3 | Type in your email address and click Sign me up. |  |
| 4 | Check your email and follow the included instructions for verification. | |
| 5 | Once you have verified your account, click Sign In. | |
| 6 | Complete enrollment with your name and create a password following the required criteria. Click Create account. | |
| 7 | Review and accept the terms and conditions. | |
| 8 | You will be taken to your Qualtrics dashboard. | |
| 9 | Now that your account is created, you will be able to log in directly from the UNLV Qualtrics portal. | |
