Password Expiration
External email recipients may have their password expire after a period of time. If your password is about to expire, you will see “Your password will expire in X days” displayed in a secure message.
In the email, click on the Click here to change it link.
If your password expires before you’ve had a chance to reset it, you will be prompted to reset it the next time you read an encrypted message.
Forgot Password
1 | Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. | |
2 | Answer your security question correctly and you will be prompted to reset. | |
3 | Set a new password following the provided guidelines. Click Continue to view the contents of the encrypted email. |
