Sometimes autocorrect and spell check tools don’t work as expected, especially with names. Follow these instructions to add words and names to your dictionary so they aren’t flagged or accidentally changed to a different word.
| 1 | Open spell check by clicking on the spell check button on the toolbar, or by clicking on an underlined word > three dots > Spelling and Grammar Check. Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + X |   |
| 2 | Click on the three dots, then choose View personal dictionary. |  |
| 3 | Click Add to add the word to your dictionary, then click OK. |  |
