Computer will not show Wi-Fi options

If your computer is unable to locate any Wi-Fi networks, follow the instructions below.

Fully sign out of the computer.

On the login screen, click the globe icon with a cross in the bottom right corner, which represents the internet connection.

Select a Wi-Fi network from the list that appears.
