SOM IT cannot assist with hardware issues with your personal devices.
NOTE - BYOD and Guest Wi-Fi networks do not support PSK devices i.e. gaming consoles and smart devices.
If standard installation or configuration does not work, we may ask you to contact your device’s vendor/support or third party contractors to troubleshoot the issue.
