Key Card Access/Replacements - Medical Students

If SOM medical students need to request a replacement key card or request adjustments to existing access, they must contact Rita Riley or Ann Diggins in Student Affairs.
Rita or Ann will coordinate with Facilities by creating a request on the student’s behalf.
Student Affairs must confirm the student’s status in order for Facilities to proceed with the request.
