Forgot Password

If you forget your password or are otherwise locked out of your account, please contact the SOM Help Desk.

You MUST log into the Cox Business Portal and change your password immediately after having it reset by SOM IT.

You will lock yourself out of your account if you try logging into the Webex app or the supervisor console without changing your password first.

Change Password

If you know your password and want to change it, log into the Cox Business Portal with your current password and change it in your account settings.

Click on MyAccount in the top right corner of the screen, and click Change Password.
