There are numerous shortcuts that can make your Google Calendar experience more smooth. We’ve compiled a list of some that will be the most useful for your use.

You will need to enable keyboard shortcuts within your Google Calendar settings before using shortcuts.

To enable keyboard shortcuts in Google Calendar:

  1. Open Google Calendar.

  2. Click Settings > Settings.

  3. Check the Enable keyboard shortcuts box.

  4. Click Back to return to calendar.


Your keyboard may say “Win” instead of the Windows symbol.
