| 1 | Press the Applications button (gear symbol) on the phone. |  |
| 2 | Press 4 on the dial pad, or use the circular navigation button to scroll down to highlight User preferences. Press the Select button. |  |
| 3 | Press 3 on the dial pad, or use the circular navigation button to scroll down to highlight Screen preferences. Press the Select button. | |
| 4 | Use the circular navigation button to scroll down to highlight the Backlight Timer option and press the right direction button until Always On is displayed. Press Set. |
