Service Requests


When contacting Facilities Management, please be as specific as possible in your request. The more information we have the better service we can provide.

For requests related to: New Employees, Employee Moves, Physical Access Requests, and Space Project Requests use this form.

 Instructions

  1. Log into the main service desk portal at https://unlvsom.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

  2. Click on Facilities Management and then General Support

  3. Fill out all fields, please remember to be specific and select proper location

     

  4. Once submitted you will receive an email about the status of your ticket On hold team and who is assigned to take care of your ticket.

  5. When complete you will also receive a notification stating that it is done .
