Google Sync

Google Sync saves all of your Google Chrome settings and information to your Google Account, like bookmarks, browsing history, passwords, and other browser settings. This lets you log into Chrome on any computer, turn on Google Sync, and import these items quickly.

This is a very useful time saver, especially if you work in multiple offices or move between computers regularly.

Turning on Google Sync automatically signs you into Gmail, YouTube, and other Google services. If you were signed in before turning on Google Sync, you will remain signed in.

If you change devices (ex. if you lose your phone or get a new computer), you’ll get your synced information back.
