Adobe Contract Issue Workarounds
Due to a delay in contract negotiations, Adobe applications are not working as expected. You may see a notice that your license has expired when you open an Adobe application and that the extended grace period is almost over.

If the contract is not renewed by the end of the grace period, Adobe Acrobat Professional users will need to use the following workarounds to view and work with .pdf files.
If you are prompted to change your default PDF viewer to one of the options provided here, it is not necessary to do so. Changing your default PDF viewer can be done at any time by following the instructions found here.
Microsoft Edge (Recommended)
Allows you to view and annotate PDFs using the top toolbar
Does not offer full capabilities of Adobe
Option 1 - Right-click on the file, Open With, Microsoft Edge
Option 2 - Open Microsoft Edge, drag and drop the file into Microsoft Edge
Google Chrome
View PDFs only. You will only be able to view PDFs using Google Chrome due to organizational restrictions.
Option 1 - Right-click on the file, Open With, Google Chrome
Option 2 - Open Google Chrome, drag and drop the file into Google Chrome
