  1. Enter https://console.coxbusiness.com/callcenter in your browser.

  2. Enter your MyAccount User ID and Password.

    1. (Optional: Click the Stay Signed In checkbox to avoid entering your User ID on subsequent launches.)

  3. Click the Sign In button.
    Result: The Call Console screen appears.
