Space Request Examples

This is a list of types of requests that are handled by Space Management.

• Building Access

  • Card access and key requests

  • New, replace, or adjust keys

• Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)

  • Moveable assets such as desks, chairs, filing cabinets, modular furniture, medical equipment

• Inventory and Surplus

  • Storing, maintaining, and ensuring appropriate disposal of assets through recycle or surplus

• Moves

  • Staff and FF&E moves

• Projects

  • Request for new project that involves physical property, space needs, modifications of FF&E, new equipment/asset purchasing, change in program space for new protocols

• Signage

  • All signage requests: New, additional, or replacements
