Set Your Virtual Background (Provider/MA) - Zoom Telehealth
NOTE: You will only have to do this once. The settings will save as your default and the image will automatically appear when starting meetings in the future.
| 1 | Download the image file, which is located here. |
| 2 | In your meeting window, click the arrow to the right of the Video icon. |
| 3 | Click Choose Virtual Background.  |
| 4 | Click the + icon next to Choose Virtual Background. |
| 5 | Click Add Image.  |
| 6 | Select the image you downloaded in step one, then click Open. |
| 7 | Make sure the correct image is selected in Zoom (seen in the video preview). |
| 8 | Ensure that the Mirror my video box is NOT checked. |

| 10 | Close the window when finished. Your changes will automatically be saved. |
