InterpVault for remote interpretation


Scheduled Sessions

Schedule a session

Schedule a session with an interpreter in advance.

Sessions can be scheduled on the iPad app or the website.

  1. Open the InterpVault app on the UNLV Health iPad.

  2. Tap the red circle with the white + in the bottom-right.

  3. Choose Pre-Schedule VRI

  4. Enter the necessary appointment information.

    1. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required

    2. All other fields are optional

    3. For Clinic Intake, choose the corresponding Clinic Name / Number

  1. Choose Next

  2. Click Save when finished. You will receive an email confirmation.

The scheduled appointment will become available to launch from the website or the iPad.

  1. Log into https://ims.interpvault.com/ on a computer

  2. Click Pre Schedule > VRI

  1. Enter the necessary appointment information.

  • All fields marked with a red asterisk are required

  • All other fields are optional

  • For Clinic Intake, choose the corresponding Clinic Name / Number.

  1. Click Save when finished. You will receive an email confirmation.

The scheduled appointment will become available to launch from the website or the iPad.


Conduct a scheduled session

  1. From My Schedule or Home, choose Upcoming Schedule

  2. Click Join Now on the appropriate session

  1. You will be redirected to the interpretation waiting lobby

    1. The call will ring for 60 seconds or until an interpreter connects to the call.

    2. After 60 seconds, a message will appear to indicate that an interpreter is not available and the system will automatically end the call.

  2. Conduct your session with the interpreter’s assistance.

  3. When the session is over, click End.

Do not refresh or reload the screen during the call.

This will disconnect the call.

  1. From My Schedule or Home, choose Upcoming Schedule

Edit or cancel a scheduled session

  1. Open the scheduled session from either the My Schedule tab or the Jobs tab.

  2. Tap the kebab menu in the top-right.

  3. At the bottom of the screen, choose Edit or Cancel Job.
