Forgot Password

If you forget your password or are otherwise locked out of your account, please contact the KSOM Help Desk.

Change Password

If you know your password and want to change it, log into the Cox Business Portal with your current password and change it in your account settings.

Click on MyAccount in the top right corner of the screen, and click Change Password.
