Initial Login & Setup

You must change your password before attempting to access the Supervisor Console.

Failure to change your password first may result in account errors and a delay in your ability to use the Supervisor Console.

  1. Go to https://myaccount.coxbusiness.com

  2. Use the default information provided to you by SOM IT to log in. You will then be prompted to change your password.

    1. USER ID: yourphonenumber@cox.com / ex: 7024629275@cox.com

    2. If you need assistance with your default password, please call the SOM Help Desk at 702-895-0451.

  3. After changing your password, use your User ID and new password to log into https://console.coxbusiness.com/callcenter/

    1. We highly recommend bookmarking/favoriting this site as you will be using it often.

Accessing the Supervisor Console

  1. Navigate to https://console.coxbusiness.com/callcenter.

  2. Enter your MyAccount User ID and Password.

    1. (Optional: Click the Stay Signed In checkbox to avoid entering your User ID on subsequent launches.)

  3. Click the Sign In button.
    Result: The Call Console screen appears.
