Use the default information provided to you by SOM IT to log in. You will then be prompted to change your password.
USER ID: yourphonenumber@cox.com / ex: 7024629275@cox.com
If you need assistance with your default password, please call the SOM Help Desk at 702-895-0451.
After changing your password, use your User ID and new password to log into https://console.coxbusiness.com/callcenter/
We highly recommend bookmarking/favoriting this site as you will be using it often.

Accessing the Supervisor Console

Navigate to https://console.coxbusiness.com/callcenter.
Enter your MyAccount User ID and Password.
(Optional: Click the Stay Signed In checkbox to avoid entering your User ID on subsequent launches.)
Click the Sign In button.
Result: The Call Console screen appears.
