Initial Login & Setup
You must change your password before attempting to access the Supervisor Console.
Failure to change your password first may result in account errors and a delay in your ability to use the Supervisor Console.
Use the default information provided to you by SOM IT to log in. You will then be prompted to change your password.

After changing your password, use your User ID and new password to log into https://console.coxbusiness.com/callcenter/
We highly recommend bookmarking/favoriting this site as you will be using it often.

Navigate to https://console.coxbusiness.com/callcenter.
Enter your MyAccount User ID and Password.
(Optional: Click the Stay Signed In checkbox to avoid entering your User ID on subsequent launches.)
Click the Sign In button.
Result: The Call Console screen appears.
