Checking Voicemail Off-Site

  1. Call 702-445-6245

  2. When you hear the greeting, press *5

  3. Enter your mailbox ID (10-digit phone number) and press #.

  4. Enter your PIN and #

  5. Navigate through your voicemails as usual.

Changing Voicemail Pin (from your office phone)

  1. From your office phone, press the message icon

  2. Enter your temporary pin.

  3. From the main menu, press 4 > 3 > 1

  4. Enter your new pin (6 digits) and press #

  5. Enter the new pin again to confirm it and press #

  1. Dial your office number

  2. Enter your temporary pin.

  3. Press 4 > 3 > 1

  4. Enter your new pin (6 digits) and press #
