Enter your mailbox ID (10-digit phone number) and press #.
Enter your PIN and #
Navigate through your voicemails as usual.

From your office phone, press the message icon
Enter your temporary pin.
From the main menu, press 4 > 3 > 1
Enter your new pin (6 digits) and press #
Enter the new pin again to confirm it and press #
