Phone Support

  • Contact the Help Desk, help@medicine.unlv.edu or 702-895-0451, if you experience issues with:

    • Voicemail pin

    • Moving a phone

    • Requesting a new phone

    • Your phone is not working as expected

Checking Voicemail Off-Site

  1. Call 702-774-4900.

  2. Dial your extension.

  3. The phone will ring. Press * when you hear your greeting.

  4. Enter your extension number.

  5. Enter your PIN/passcode followed by # when prompted.

  6. Navigate through your voicemails as usual.

Forwarding Calls to an Off-Site Phone

  1. On your physical office phone, press the Forward All softkey.

  2. Dial 8 and then your 10-digit phone number.

  3. When you want to stop the call forwarding, press the Forward Off softkey.

We are currently unable to forward calls to “long-distance” phone numbers.
