Add Webex Information to a WebCampus Course Calendar

In this guide, you will learn how to:

  • Add the Webex meeting information to the WebCampus course calendar.

First, you will need to schedule the Webex within WebCampus.

Add the Webex Information to the Course Calendar

Click the + icon next to the scheduled Webex event.

Click the person icon.

Click Get link to copy and paste.

Copy the link to your clipboard.

Click Calendar on the left sidebar.

Click the + in the top right corner to create a new event.

In the Calendar dropdown menu, make sure you are in the right course.

Click More Options.

Paste the link and include any other relevant information for your event. Click Create Event.

The event will now be on the course calendar.
