Add Webex Information to a WebCampus Course Calendar
In this guide, you will learn how to:
Add the Webex meeting information to the WebCampus course calendar.
First, you will need to schedule the Webex within WebCampus.
Add the Webex Information to the Course Calendar
1 | Click the + icon next to the scheduled Webex event. | |
2 | Click the person icon. | |
3 | Click Get link to copy and paste. | |
4 | Copy the link to your clipboard. | |
5 | Click Calendar on the left sidebar. | |
6 | Click the + in the top right corner to create a new event. | |
7 | In the Calendar dropdown menu, make sure you are in the right course. | |
8 | Click More Options. | |
9 | Paste the link and include any other relevant information for your event. Click Create Event. | |
10 | The event will now be on the course calendar. |
