Regardless of your rotation day, please call the SOM Help Desk for immediate assistance if your work has come to a stop.  A technician may be dispatched to your location if resources allow.

Each location is included in a weekly IT rotation.

What happens during the IT rotation?

  • Software installations

  • Troubleshooting

  • Help with use

Please submit your requests early so the technician can be prepared to handle your issue when they arrive.

Changes to the rotation schedule (due to holidays, etc) will be communicated via the SOM Status Page.
