Each location is included in a weekly IT rotation. A field technician will stop by each location to check in with admins, supervisors, and other employees, as well as work through any open requests.
Please submit your requests early so the technician can be prepared to handle your issue when they arrive.
Changes to the rotation schedule (due to holidays, etc) will be communicated via the SOM Status Page.
