Please note that Webex Calling is different from Webex Meetings, and these are two separate accounts.

If you are using Webex Calling, your login information will not be your UNLV email address. Your login information will be provided to you by SOM IT.

If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the SOM Help Desk.

A suggestion for differentiating the accounts is to only use Webex Calling from the mobile app on your smart phone.

You will not need to log in/out and switch accounts in the desktop Webex app, and you’ll always be sure you’re logged into the right account.

If you do not use Webex Meetings often, this should not be much of a concern.

If you forget your password

  1. Do not use the “Forgot Password” feature. Contact the SOM Help Desk. You will be provided with a temporary password.

  2. Using the temporary password, sign into the Cox Business Portal to change your password.

  3. Log into the Webex app with your newly changed password.

You MUST log into the Cox Business Portal and change your password immediately after having it reset by SOM IT.

You will lock yourself out of your account if you try logging into the Webex app without changing your password first.
