Create a Survey

Blocks contain questions. Every survey has at least one block. (ex: Demographics block, includes questions like race, sex, age, etc)
Survey Flow
Use the survey flow to move respondents through your survey based on the answers that they choose.
Group into blocks, branch respondents, branch logic.
Display Logic - questions depend on response
Carry Forward Choices - Bring the respondent’s previously selected choices into the next question(s)
Skip Logic - Skip portions of the survey based on the user’s response.
Piped Text (Dynamic Text) - Customize questions and answer choices based on responses
Loop and Merge - Take a block of questions and dynamically repeat them multiple times for a respondent.
