Set up Okta as the account owner

Set up Okta for delegated users

To add another employee to the account’s Okta Verify, the employee and their personal device must be present. You can complete this together in person or via Google Meet/Zoom with screen sharing. |

All employees with access to the group email account will receive notifications when any employee with delegated access attempts to log in.
