Through the Boostlingo InterpVault application, Language Link is offering offers on-demand interpretation services to UNLV Health clinics.
How to conduct an on-demand session
Boostlingo is available to UNLV Health employees via UNLV Health iPads.
On the iPad, open the Boostlingo app. Make sure you are in the On Demand tab (this is the default tab that loads)
Tap the video camera icon.
Choose the language you need interpreted.
Choose Medical (non-certified)
Press Call.
Once the interpreter is connected, you will be able to see each others’ video.
You have the ability to mute your audio or activate privacy mode which will hide your video.
When the session is complete, click on End Call to disconnect.

Log into languagelink.interpretmanager.com on a computer
Click Create New Appointment.

Open the InterpVault app on the UNLV Health iPad. Tap the red circle with the white + in the bottom-right. Image AddedChoose Pre-Schedule VRI Image AddedEnter the necessary appointment information. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required All other fields are optional For Clinic Intake, choose the corresponding Clinic Name / Number

From My Schedule or Home, choose Upcoming Schedule Click Join Now on the appropriate session

Locate the appointment on the calendar.
Select Open and Edit to edit the appointment.
Click Update once your changes are made.

Click the three dots to the right of the edit button
Select Cancel. Edit or cancel a scheduled session

Open the scheduled session from either the My Schedule tab or the Jobs tab. Tap the kebab menu in the top-right. At the bottom of the screen, choose Edit or Cancel Job.
