1. Go to https://unlvsom.medhub.com/ and click on the Single Sign-On image to log in with your ACE account. |  |
2. In the upper right, click the Procedures tab. |  Image Removed Image Added |
3. Click New Procedure/Case Log. |  Image Removed Image Added |
4. Click + Log New Procedure. |  Image Removed Image Added |
5. Fill out the form with the following information.
a. Choose ONLY Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship for Clerkship/Course.
b. Procedure Date and Location (More locations are being added).
c. Choose your supervisor.
d. Enter the Additional Information about the patient that you saw.
e. Standard Procedure list
- Click + next to the procedure. It populates above when clicked.
- Change Role. |

f. Diagnosis list
- Click + next to the procedure. It populates above when clicked.
- Change Role.
g. Add any complications or notes. |

5. Click Log Procedure. If you have another procedure to log, check the box first. |  |
