You will have a physical phone on your desk, and also have the ability to use “soft phones,” or an app (Webex) on your computer or mobile device to take calls on your office number.

All conference rooms are to be managed using Google Calendar’s ‘Room’ function. Each department with conference or hoteling space will be responsible for managing their spaces. |
