Making Calls
There are three ways to start a phone call from the mobile application.

On an Active Call
The three dots on at the bottom toolbar display of the screen displays your in-call optionsmenu.
Call on Hold
1 | When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots). | |
2 | Choose Hold to put the call on hold. | |
3 | When ready to return to the call, tap Resume. |
Transferring Calls
1 | When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots). | |||
2 | Choose Transfer. | |||
3 | Dial the number or choose the contact you want to transfer the call to and | choose Audio.4tap the phone icon. |
Conferencing Calls
1 | When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots). | |||
2 | Choose Conference. | |||
3 | Dial the number or choose the contact that you want to add to the call and | choose Audiotap the phone icon. |
Signing Out
You will need to sign out at the end of the workday or you will continue to receive calls.
1 | In the top-left corner, click tap your user icon. | |
2 | Choose Sign Out from at the bottom of the menu. | |
3 | Click Confirm Sign Out. |
