Receiving Calls

Making Calls

There are three ways to start a phone call from the mobile application.

Dial Pad

  1. Choose the Calling icon on the bottom toolbar.

  2. Press the Phone + button in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Dial the number.

  4. Press the Audio icon.

Call History

  1. Click the Calling icon on the bottom toolbar.

  2. Use

  1. Recents and Missed tabs to filter

  1. call history.

  2. Tap on the name/number

  1. to initiate the call.

Contacts

On an Active Call

The three dots on at the bottom toolbar display of the screen displays your in-call optionsmenu.

Call on Hold

When on an active call, press the options icon (the three dots).

Choose Hold to put the call on hold.

When ready to return to the call, tap Resume.

Transferring Calls

Choose Transfer.

Dial the number or choose the contact you want to transfer the call to and

tap the phone icon.

Conferencing Calls

Choose Conference.

Dial the number or choose the contact that you want to add to the call and

tap the phone icon.

Signing Out

You will need to sign out at the end of the workday or you will continue to receive calls.

In the top-left corner, click tap your user icon.
