Please note that this is not the same app as the Webex Meetings app, which you are likely used to using for Webex virtual meetings. This is a separate app with separate login credentials.

Setup (change default password)

Before logging into the Mobile App you do need to change your default password.

  1. Visit Cox Business Portal

  2. Enter your user ID and default password

  3. You will be automatically prompted to change the password.

  4. Once complete, sign out of the portal

Installation

Download Your Installation File

  • Visit https://www.webex.com/webexfromserviceproviders-downloads.html

    • Your operating system will be detected and the appropriate download links will be provided.

  • A QR code is provided for quick downloads of the mobile application for your device.

  • If you need the installation file for another operating system, click the Download Options tab to choose other options.

Installation

Once the installation file has downloaded, launch it from your computer.

Follow the on screen prompts in the installation wizard.

When you’ve reached the end of the installation wizard, check Launch Webex and click Finish.

Click Agree on the License Agreement.

The program will load and the login dashboard will launch.

You MUST log into the Cox Business Portal and change your password immediately after having it reset by SOM IT.

You will lock yourself out of your account if you try logging into the Webex app without changing your password first.
