SOM and UNLV Health printers are managed by Image 2000.

You are able to contact Image 2000 directly for a variety of services as outlined below.

Toner

  • Image 2000 automatically ships toner for leased printers and copiers at predefined thresholds.

  • You may contact Image 2000 for toner, but fulfillment is at their discretion. (The automatic replenishment program should suffice.)

  • EXCEPTIONS

    • Printing devices that are connected via USB cable will need to have toner manually requested.

Waste Toner Bottle

  • This must be manually requested each time as its usage is not tracked by Image 2000.
