Choosing between Mobile and Computer App setup:
Please note that Webex Calling is different from Webex Meetings, and these are two separate accounts.
Webex Meetings your username is firstname.lastname@unlv.edu
Webex Calling your username is phonenumber@cox.com
If you are a heavy Webex Meetings user a suggestion for differentiating the accounts is to only use Webex Calling from the mobile app on your smart phone. If you do not use Webex Meetings often, this should not be much of a concern.
Before proceeding:
You MUST log into the Cox Business Portal and change your password immediately after having it reset by SOM IT.
❌ You will lock yourself out of your account if you try logging into the Webex app without changing your password first. ❌
