As of June 8, 2023, storage limits will be implemented on all newly created email accounts.

  • UNLVMail (unlv.edu) - 50GB

  • Rebelmail (unlv.nevada.edu) - 15GB

Existing accounts will eventually be subject to these storage limits due to Google’s newly announced storage limits for Google Workspace for Education. Timely notice will be provided.

UNLVMail

UNLVMail emails for groups/organizations are email accounts that are not tied to a specific person.

Full time employees can request group/organization email accounts from the Help Desk by submitting a help request.

  • Examples:

    • Student orgs - @unlv.nevada.edu

    • Service accounts - @medicine.unlv.edu

    • <department>.<subcategory>@medicine.unlv.edu

ACE Account

ACE accounts are automatically generated after all onboarding contracts and paperwork are completed.

The account credentials will be delivered to the personal email address provided by the employee during the hiring process.

This email will come from noreply@okta.com
