Having trouble logging in?
After 3 failed login attempts, STOP and contact the SOM Help Desk for assistance.
If you believe your IP was blocked, go to whatsmyip.org to obtain your IP address and then call the SOM Help Desk.
Do not ignore password expiration reminders - be sure to update your password before it expires.
Change your password: Ctrl+Alt+Del > Change Password
Password requirements
UPPERCASE
lowercase
number 0-9
special character !@#$%*
8 character minimum
If you are remoting into an onsite computer, contact the SOM Help Desk for password assistance.
