SOM VPN - Configure remote desktop connection for video/sound
Use of VPN is only needed when you are off-site & not connected to the SOM/UNLVMed networks.
Attempting to connect to VPN while on-site can cause significant errors and disruptions.
Follow these instructions for using video and audio with your remote desktop connection.
| 1 | Open remote desktop and choose Show Options. |

| 2 | Choose the Local Resources tab.

| 3 | Choose Settings. | |
| 4 | Select Play on this computer. | |
| 5 | Select Record from this computer and press OK. | |
| 6 | Choose More. |

| 7 | Select all video capture devices. | |
| 8 | Press OK. |
